Styling your side table

Styling your side table might not be as important to you as finding the perfect side table, but we want to emphasise that it's those finishing touches that brings an entire room together. 1. Don't overdress your side table

Simply put less is more when it comes to decorating your side tables. As you have a much smaller surface to work with compared to coffee tables - your aim shouldn't be to overdress your side table. A single decor object can do the trick when it comes to styling your side table.

2. Add a pretty plant or vase

Adding a bit of greenery or a pretty vase with fresh flowers will also look stunning on your side table. Adding flowers or vases allows you to add colour to your living room.

3. Don't forget about lighting

A side table offers the ideal spot to place your table lamp and this can double up as a fun decor statement! If you are worried about cables spoiling the look, a good alternative to table lamps are floor lamps placed next to your side table.

4. If you like entraining - add a home bar

You might not have the space for a cabinet or a designated area for your bar so why not add a home bar to a stylish side table in your living room or entertainment area.

5. Add a scent

It's always a good idea to add a scented candle or a diffuser to a room and what better place than on your side table? This can be just the special touch your side table needs!
