Delivery date:
You'll see a dispatch estimate on every product page. Dispatch is when the item(s) in your order is ready for shipment not the date your order arrives at your door. Once dispatched delivery should be within 2 - 5 working days via our economy door to door service in South Africa.
Shipping fees:
Your shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your shopping cart.
Separate deliveries for different products:
Kindly note that our products come from various warehouses and you may receive your products in seperate shipments and on different dates, as they become available.
You will be notified via email when each seperate package is sent.
Courier service:
KNUS uses an economy door to door courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa. Our courier service offers delivery from Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm.
Weekend or after-hour deliveries may be offered on special request at a surcharge.
