Stripped away from all excess, this hanging chair has a circular frame with a single sheet of leather hanging loose within it, to create a sleek, sexy, and oh so comfortable experience. This chair’s clean lines and its “lightness” makes it a perfect fit for any space.

This is functional art piece was designed in collaboration with Tsepo Makate - South African artist and illustrator – who did the beautiful illustration. 

The Leather is hand dyed and then the illustration is carved – also by hand into the leather. Unique variances will thus be found in each one.

Pairing the purity of simple tubular steel or aluminum with the sensual warmth of natural hide - it has a sleek look and an air of functional elegance. Form-fitting comfort perfect both for indoor and covered outdoor spaces

The SLING CHAIR can disassemble and splits in half for flat packing – great in economising packing and freight.

*Ferrograin - Sensual feel that is soft and suede-like to the touch. Suitable for exterior exposure. They are recommended where superior UV resistance is required and may be applied to suitably pretreated aluminum and mild steel.

  • These chairs are made from mild steel and are very durable.

  • They are E coated - Environ Protected (like they do on the chassis of a car) for rust resistance. They are also powder coated.

  • The hanging mechanisms are supplied with chair - in standard lengths, ready for installation.

The maximum carrying capacity for a single chair is 120kg and for double chair models 240kg.

We warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of sale. Any product found to be defective within this time period may be returned to our factory, freight prepaid, with prior return authorisation for repair or replacement (at our discretion) at no charge.

You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition.  No returns will be accepted for any products that is not sufficiently packaged, regardless the reason for return.  Once we are satisfied of the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.

Exchanges are only allowed for the exact same item (i.e. same item in another colour or print) and/or an item of the exact same value. If you would like an item of a different value from the store, you will have to purchase this separately or wait until you have been refunded.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns of sale items.

Shipping fees are non refundable.  

Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us and send us images as proof within 10 days of delivery on info@knus.co so we may correct this as soon as possible.
