You will need

Wood panelling, or flat trim moulding, cut to size
Paint in a colour of your choice 

To make 

1.

Measure and cut your wallpaper to the desired size.

2.

Paint your wood panelling or flat trim moulding.

3.

Adhere peel and stick wallpaper to your wall, spacing correctly to allow space for the panelling or flat trim moulding.

4.

Adhere the wood panelling or flat trim moulding around each wallpaper panel.
