Q: Who is Stephane van Eck?

A: I am an ever curious person, have a love for all things nature & design & I am a mom to a 9 year old son. I consider myself as a bit of a late bloomer, as I discovered my passion for photography & my creative soul only towards my mid 30’s. I worked corporate for many years & then realised that what makes my heart sing is not chasing someone else’s dream but pursuing my love for photography. 

Q: What was the idea behind your brand?

A: I love simplicity, symmetry & within nature these elements are so perfectly combined. Via photography as an art medium, I started to bring nature into homes via art prints. My print range started out with three cacti prints & from there evolved. 

Q: What is YOUR favourite product of your collection?

A: I would have to say at the moment it's my eucalyptus range.

Q: What to you is the best thing about selling on KNUS?

A: KNUS runs like a well oiled machine. Their system works so well, from online advertising/marketing straight through to receiving orders & transport hereof. KNUS reached an audience that I would otherwise not have been able to tap into.

Q: Why would you say it is important for customers to support local?

A: South Africa is blessed with so much talent, creativity & by supporting local, you are helping to fuel & grow talent in our country.
