Once redirected to the PayFast payment gateway you’ll be prompted to pay the determined amount via EFT from your internet banking site or mobile banking app by using a unique reference number and account details provided to you by Payfast.
After completing the EFT payment on your internet banking site or mobile banking app, return to the PayFast screen and click the “COMPLETE” button.
Receipt of your payment will be verified and your order completed.
You will be notified of successful payment and completion of your order via email.
Our products are handmade and will sometimes not exactly match the colour, shape or finish of that depicted in the image and/or product description online. Some orders are also custom made and non refundable.
To avoid unnecessary confusion or frustration, it is important that you are aware of the above, how our return process works and which items are non refundable.
Your total shipping charge for all products (with the exception of furniture) is calculated as the greater between total actual item weight or volumetric weight for all the products within your order.
All rates are calculated using a door to door courier economy service.
For any orders in excess of 500kg (greater of either actual or volumetric weight), please contact us for a current (live) shipping quote. If you proceed to checkout, you will still be liable to pay the shipping fee before your order will be shipped.
We apologise for this inconvenience and are working hard to find a better solution.
Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however as we sell only handmade items, most items are made to order. Please refer to the product description for expected lead time if items are out of stock.
Depending on product availability, your order may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.
Once an item has been shipped, you will be notified via email.
Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. The shipping and handling fee quoted at checkout is your final fee that you will pay for the shipment of all your items within that order.
Please note that shipping on all furniture items will vary and is calculated based on area, size of item(s) and accessibility.
Certain larger furniture items will require a live shipping quote from KNUS before proceeding to checkout as these does not fall within our standard courier pricing.

Please note that we do not currently ship any furniture items internationally.
Duties, taxes and any applicable carrier brokerage fees are not
included in your order total at checkout.

KNUS will not be held liable for failure to deliver the customer's purchased products due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or failed delivery on customer's part where he/she is non reachable at the provided address after two delivery attempts.
It remains the responsibility of the customer to contact us (KNUS) to correct this and the customer will be responsible to settle any additional shipping fees if applicable.
You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition. Once we are satisfied of the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.
Exchanges are only allowed for the exact same item (i.e. same item in another colour or print) and/or an item of the exact same value. If you would like an item of a different value from the store, you will have to purchase this separately or wait until you have been refunded.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns of sale items.
Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us and send us images as proof within 10 days of delivery on email@example.com so we may correct this as soon as possible.

We review your return request to confirm that your return is valid and you receive an email to make return shipping payment.
Upon receipt of your return shipping fee, we arrange for courier collection.
We physically inspect the item to confirm that it is in accordance to your initial return reason. (i.e. defective OR in good condition and just not your cup of tea).
Upon final approval of return, you are notified via email and we will either refund you on our next refund cycle (we process refunds every two weeks) or we will ship your exchanged product (depending on your initial request).
If being refunded, you will receive another notification upon refund to your original method of payment and can expect to see the refund reflecting in your account within 2 – 3 working days of processing. It may take up to 5 working days for the credit to appear in your bank account dependent on whom you bank with.
*Please note that if an item reaches us and is not in the original condition or as specified in your initial return request you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be charged another shipping fee to get the original item back to you.

Whilst KNUS will always try it's utmost best to only list products that are available and in stock, please note that we sell products supplied to us by local suppliers and unfortunately sometimes we only get notified afterwards if a product becomes unavailable or problematic to manufacture since the product has been listed.
In the event that you have purchased a product(s) in the online store and KNUS gets notified by the supplier(s) that a product has been discontinued or unavailable for the unforeseeable future, we will notify you and either refund you or give you an alternative product option.
